This part of the WELToc is comprised of representatives from the other parts (listed below) working together to orchestrate their efforts as an emergent whole. The primary focus of this group is communication and coordination with each other and representation and information sharing with and from the six other groups that comprise the WELToc. This group makes all executive decisions regarding content, flow, process and structure of the WELTribe, as follows:
The WELTribe Guidance Community is the primary group for curating the characteristics of a transcommunity among all the stakeholders involved in the WELTribe, with particular attention to culture, structure, flow and style.
The Regional Evolutionary Learning Tribes (RELTribes) are the “localized WELTs” — the networks of systemic sustainability initiatives in various geographic regions of the world.
The Collective Intelligence Enhancement Laboratory (CIEL) designs and operates the functional architecture for running the WELTribe. If the WELTribe is the vehicle for glocal thrivability initiatives, the CIEL is the engine that pools the collective intelligence upon which it runs.
The Broadcasting and Global Dialogue Community takes the work of the WELTribe and transmits, communicates and disseminates it to various audiences around the world. It reformulates and packages the living case study of the WELTribe so as to expand and extend the network of RELTribes.
The Financing and Funding Community obtains the backing necessary to support the ongoing work of the transcommunity of the WELToc.
The Research and Publications Community documents, analyzes and synthesizes the models of systemic sustainability interventions emerging from each of the RELTribes and the ways in which they could enrich the models emerging from other RELTribes. Findings will be published in the journal systems. connecting matter, life, culture and technology as well as in World Futures: The Journal of New Paradigm Research.
The CCC meets by Skype on a regular bi-monthly basis, and when necessary, every week.
